FAQ
- "First we’re sure you will. But if you don’t find it helpful just let us know and we’ll refund your money. We want you to be happy.
- "In your video your professional tennis player will talk you through the recommendations, so you know exactly what you have to do.
- "It's easy, simply take your mobile to the court and record yourself playing a few shots. You can put your phone at the back of the court, on the side line or in front of the net. Alternatively, you can ask a friend to record you. It really doesn't have to be professional quality - your mobile is perfect. If your video isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know so you can redo it. The best way is simply to take a video from 4 angles. In front, behind and from the sides. If not, just take one video and we'll let you know if there is an issue.
- "Most video analysis are short and concise. They average 5 - 10 minutes, but you'll be amazed at what can be covered in that time. Whilst it won't fix all your problems in one lesson, you'll get the biggest wins straight away. The same way as you get regular tennis lessons and practice what you learn. This is the same, and if you want feedback on a particular aspect of your game, just ask.
- "You’ll get a personal email with your video in. It’s yours to keep forever. You can take it wherever you want. Watch and re-watch, especially when you’re at the court practicing. We’ll also upload to YouTube to make easy for you to watch and share with your tennis friends.
- "Yes, our pros work with all levels easily. And at the start it’s important to get feedback so you don’t get into bad habits or injure yourself with poor technique. Set yourself up for success and improve quickly.
-
"Yes absolutely. Even Federer has a coach. If he does so should you! Our players are among the best in the world and can help you improve ALL aspects of your game. Give them a video of your play and let them tell you how you can improve further.
