Elizabeth is from Naperville, Ill, and was the first girl in Illinois who won four straight state championships titles and then represented the United States in the Junior Fed Cup held in La Baule, France. Before starting as a professional tennis coach, she competed in the WTA and ITF pro tennis circuits for five years.  As a dominant tennis player, Elizabeth set a tremendous track record and finished her collegiate career with a 67-13 singles record. She holds the number eight spot for career-best rankings of all time on UCLA’s all-time overall wins list with 101 victories.

Campbell began her coaching career at the high school level. Campbell has coached at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis, Ore, and made them three times champions. She was also served as a staff instructor at Oregon State University from 1991-93. She was serving simultaneously in the capacity of head pro and manager of the Tennis West Racquet Club.
