Washington Park is a public avenue with various recreational activities like archery range, zoo, picnic spots, gardens, museums, forest centers, and the oldest operational rose garden of US along with tennis courts. The courts are open to all free of cost.

The six outdoor hard surface courts are free of cost and can be used on first come first serve basis. The availability of lights makes the playing experience more enjoyable. Reservations can be made but a nominal fee shall have to be paid for the purpose.

A public space with two outdoor hard floored tennis courts for practice and playing are available in Mitchell Park. A hitting wall to practice while hard hitting is also available. It is a great venue for beginners to polish their skills across the wall.

Multnomah is an exclusive club with 7 indoor and 2 outdoor courts. While the indoor courts are unaffected by the weather and open all year around the outdoor courts have ample of lights to facilitate the player in good weather. The hard surface courts with adequate lightning are perfect for play offs and practice purpose. Being a private space, the club takes in fee in return of giving off their courts for play.

The club further hosts amazing food, pools and gym for the visitor.

St John’s Racquet Centre has three indoor fully lighted courts with amenities like access to water and restrooms.  A hitting wall is also available for further refining your stroke hitting skills. You can access the facilities by making reservations or by the first come first serve basis. A nominal fee of $14 per hour on weekdays and $20 for 80 minutes on weekends is charged for using the courts.

This public facility is situated in a high school, making it the place for young adults to hone their skills and practice hard amongst themselves. It has eight tennis courts out of which five are operational and open to use. The only con is that the courts do not have lightning facility thus making it difficult to play in the dark and bad lights.
